New Sound terms and conditions

When you sign up for New Sound you’ll get:

New Sound platform:

Full access to the New Sound platform, with video modules and bonuses that will gradually unlock throughout the 14 weeks of the program.

At the end of the 14 weeks you’ll get to keep lifetime access to the platform as long as all payments are made.

Live Experience:

14 weeks of live events, coaching, and support starting from September, 19, 2022 and ending on December, 25, 2022.

Refund/Cancelation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must contact us at [email protected] before 11:59 PM PST on the 14th day of the live program.
That is 11:59 PM PST April 17, 2022 if you joined New Sound in April, 2022 and 11:59 PM PST October 2, 2022 if you joined New Sound in September, 2022. We’ll be happy to issue you a refund and cancel your access to New Sound. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after the next day begins.
This refund policy applies to all payment plans. If you fail to cancel your payment during the refund period, you will be required to complete all remaining payments.

Payment Plan:

If you select the payment plan, you will remain responsible for those payments, unless you request a refund according to our refund policy mentioned above. You may not cancel or avoid these payments past the Refund Policy.

In the event that any payment is not made, your account will immediately be suspended and you’ll lose your access to the Program and any bonuses you received, including loss of access and registration for our FREE virtual events.
