Practice your Intonation and Rhythm with Jennifer Coolidge from The White Lotus

What is shadowing in English?
Shadowing is a great way to practice your pronunciation, intonation, grammar, and so much more. When we focus on someone else’s speech, we can learn how to link words together, what words to stress and what words to reduce, how to change our rhythm and tone of voice to deliver our message in the best way possible.
Not only it could help our delivery of English, it can also help with your confidence and fluency. And most important – it’s FUN! 🎉

In this episode, we’ll practice intonation, rhythm, and tone of voice in a few scenes from one of my favorite shows, HBO’S The White Lotus. And more specifically, on scenes with one of my favorite characters on the show – Tanya McQuoid – played by the wonderful Jennifer Coolidge.

And to make your shadowing practice more effective, I prepared for you a free PDF with my speech notes so you can download it and do the work at your own pace.
