Just hit play and listen to the 10-minute audio whenever you can – whether you’re at home, in your car, walking your dog, or even doing the dishes…. You can listen anywhere. Then spend a few minutes reflecting on what you’ve learned with a daily prompt that will help you implement the lesson, as well as help you practice your English writing and fluency (a win-win!).

Once you join My English Mindset, you get lifetime access to the program, and you can repeat the training from the start or select any episode to listen to again.

And what is likely to happen once you complete the training is that you’ll be inspired to take action – you’ll probably want to speak more, practice more, and implement what you’ve learned. 

Every lesson offers a new perspective for learning and thinking about yourself as a speaker of English. However, it’s not for people who think that speaking fluently is just a matter of theory (grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary) and practice (speaking).

Connecting mindset work with language work is the missing link needed to reach real freedom when speaking English.
