How do you feel about grammar?
For some of us, grammar can sometimes be pretty overwhelming. It has been for me, but in my years of using and teaching English, I’ve realized something crucial about it. We can’t build grammar just by learning grammar rules. We have to build ‘Grammar muscles’, and in order to do that, we need to have the right strategy and focus on what matters. That’s always the case, isn’t it?
In this episode, you’re going to learn how to do just that – how to learn and understand grammar so you can become more fluent and confident in English.

very good teacher ?
I have to admit I love grammar because I love having my language explained to me. I like to know that there is a system. I love teaching grammar but I know that it causes my students stress so I try to make it enjoyable for them. My aim is to explain that “grammar” is just how we become easier to understand and how to understand others – modelling and then having students practice and explain and correct frequently, but not so frequently that I cause more stress.
