The greatest gift that I got from New Sound was to realize that I’m able to deliver a message to others. I used to think that no one could understand me. But New Sound creates a space where no one is judged, so now I’m used to saying to anybody, “Hey, how are you doing?” After I did the 3-minute speech, some people asked me to comment, and they understood me. I created strong relationships with people in New Sound, sharing feelings and experiences with other people who speak different languages – I discovered that you can communicate and find common interests.
