New Sound changed my mindset. In my second round of New Sound, I showed up on video for 60 days and did public speaking!
I realized after my first round of the program that I had limiting beliefs that held me back from showing up. After seeing so many other students achieve their goals in only three months, I decided I was going to show up too for my second round. And it really paid off!
After having worked through these limiting beliefs, I was able to take action and start public speaking consistently.
