After New Sound people can understand me without any problem. That makes me feel happy, proud, confident. I’ve been a tour guide for 20 years and many years ago I worked in English, but it was such a bad experience struggling with what to say, and I couldn’t understand people.
Now I can stand up and speak in front of people and they understand me and pay attention. That makes me feel happy, proud, and confident. I got a new life from this program. I still have a lot to do, but now I absolutely KNOW what to do.
