I’m very grateful for New Sound. Before doing the program, whenever I called a friend from another country I felt anxious and fearful. What if I couldn’t understand her? But this time my mind was different – I didn’t feel any anxiety or fear and I simply enjoyed having a conversation with her. I was really happy about that. This was one of my biggest achievements.
