When I decided to join New Sound, my main goal was pronunciation. I blamed my pronunciation for everything I couldn’t get. After the program, I realized that while my pronunciation improved, what I got the most out of New Sound was changing my mindset and confidence. I was never able to make friends with my neighbors, and I always blamed my English. Now I can make friends speaking English and I am so grateful for that.
