My ninety-day goal was to spontaneously express complex and technical subjects in a job meeting, connecting words effortlessly without needing to pause. Although I still feel shy talking in meetings, I am much closer to achieving this goal. At the same time, I’m trying to accept my mistakes and my own journey, with no more comparisons or negative thoughts in my mind.
