Before New Sound I had attended phonetic classes for two years so I was skeptical that my pronunciation could improve. But in New Sound I got rid of bad habits and developed better habits. I had opportunities to practice everyday with people from all over the world, and my vocabulary improved. I have more confidence speaking with Americans.
