How do you feel about yourself when you speak English? How do you handle criticism about your English?
The way you experience your English is key to your communication, confidence, and growth as a speaker.
In this episode I’ll discuss two types of mindsets: fixed mindset and growth mindset, and how you can shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset in specific situations, so you can achieve more freedom in your English.

This is so me! I’m really struggling with changing from fixed to growth mindset.
This subject was so inspiring for me, and it really helped me, start doing the things I avoided, as I was afraid of being judged if my english is not perfect.
I think anyone who watches at least one of Hadar’s videos it would consider her methods easy to follow and inspiring.
A big thank you for all the work you do to support everyone in this journey of english language speaking.
I don’t think that I’ve ever heard anyone talk about mindset related to learning new language befor.
For me I still have fixed mindset (5).. I don’t have the confident to talk in English even if I know the rules I just became nervous and I get stuck at the end I avoid talking with others.
definitely I will work on shifting my mindset so I overcome all my fears of making mistakes or being judge by others.
